Antoni Ivanov Zdravkov (born 20 August 1964) is a Bulgarian former professional footballer and currently manager. As a defender, he enjoyed spells at Levski Sofia, Lokomotiv Sofia, Yantra Gabrovo, Marítimo, Nacional, Benfica Castelo Branco, Velbazhd Kyustendil and Septemvri Sofia.
